Fabienne is the founder & CEO of Gold Coast based jewellery brand YCL. Fabienne founded YCL her high school desk in 2013 when she was just 21 years old with no funding or experience in business development or design. Completely self-taught Fabienne has grown YCL into a multi award-winning, global brand, that exports to over 100 countries. Fabienne was named one of the Gold Coasts Top 40 Young Entrepreneurs under 40, & in 2019 she won the Women In Business on the Gold Coast Aspiring Women in Business award.

Fabienne's key interests are business strategy & development, leadership & creating uplifting working cultures, digital marketing, ecommerce & design. Fabienne is an advocate for a 4 Day Work Week for mental health, productivity & lifestyle, & has been working at #4DWW for 8 years.
