Founder of award-winning creative agency Willow & Blake and co-founder & non executive director of cult skincare brand, frank body, Jessica Hatzis is a trained marketer and brand strategist, passionate about providing brands and their customers with  unique, meaningful and memorable experiences. Jessica held the role of Chief Marketing Officer at frank body for 11 years before moving on to the advisory board in  2024 to explore new pursuits. Jess holds extensive board experience operating on two  boards currently with international stakeholders and exposure to the global macro  factors that impact today’s business owners.  

Jessica is proud to have founded two organisations that champion diversity, inclusivity  on all fronts - from their consumer facing campaigns to the board mandates that  stipulate minimum acceptable requirements for the number of females in leadership  roles, requirements they are proud to boldly surpass year after year.  

Jessica is also an advisor and consultant to businesses across the areas of product strategy, marketing and growth. Alongside this Jess is a keynote speaker having taken  the stage at events for Amazon, Forbes and ADMA. 

Jess is Mum to an even more demanding but definitely cuter 3-year-old and 7-month old girls and is a proud ambassador for the Australian Literacy & Numeracy Foundation.
